Welcome to Arewa Cosmatic. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by calling us directly at (402) 452-7699. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.

When booking online, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Please review this information carefully and contact us if any changes are needed.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is required before services begin. We accept cash and all major payment methods. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and style complexity. The prices listed on our website and in-salon menu serve as starting points — your stylist will confirm the final price before beginning your service.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the service price.

Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit to secure future appointments.

4. Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible.

5. Hair Preparation

For braiding services, please ensure your hair is freshly washed, detangled, and completely dry before your appointment. Arriving with unprepared hair may result in additional charges or the need to reschedule. If you are unsure how to prepare, contact us for guidance.

6. Bring Your Own Hair

You are welcome to bring your own hair extensions. We also sell quality synthetic and human hair at the salon. Please confirm with your stylist ahead of time how many packs you will need for your desired style and length.

7. Children's Services

We welcome children of all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their appointment. Kids' styles start at $90.

8. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please let your stylist know immediately so we can address the issue. Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment.

9. Liability

Arewa Cosmatic is not responsible for any allergic reactions to hair products or extensions. If you have known sensitivities, please inform your stylist before the service begins. We are not liable for any damage to personal belongings left in the salon.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or booking system (name, email, phone number) is used solely for appointment management and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
